Today we’re kicking off the first of a series of blog posts about the best exercises you can do at home to improve your AcroYoga practice. This month’s highlighted exercise is Flashlights.

Purpose: Strengthen the finger flexors to support the wrist for your Acro practice

How long? 1 minute intervals with your arms in various positions – down by your sides, arms outstretched in a “T”, arms forward with palmsup, arms over head with palms facing each other.

How often? Everyday! Have your office mates and colleagues join in the fun.
